Built on a tiny, 200sqm character-protected lot, the Norman Park Residence overcame design and town planning challenges to create a modern, fun space that respects the surrounding cottages. The aim was to integrate the essence of the neighbourhood while offering a contemporary family home.

The design features natural stone floors and an innovative outdoor curtain that provides privacy and regulates heat. A clever internal void allows heat to escape, creating a comfortable atmosphere throughout the home.
