The creative and environmentally aware client was seeking a house and lifestyle that engaged with the site and the Mt Coot-tha reserve.

The spaces were created to ensure that the house captures breezes for cross ventilation, has correct solar orientation and incorporates thermal mass design principals.

Solar panels, water tanks and grey water systems were integral residence.
